Theres vegan or vegetarian meal option in Mekong, with tofu and vegetables. Just some meals have fishy sauce, watch for ingredients. Staff in Longford Mekong very friendly.

Hard to find vegan options - Edit
Unfortunately we had to order Just starters and sides because even if in the menu you see no eggs in some dishes It came out it's almost everywhere.

Not sure where to start with this one. I explained I was vegan and asked if they could.use upon noodles instead of egg noodles. They said yes, I explained what vegan was and they said yes. Ended up with egg noodles. You just have to order rice and soy sauce and you'll be fine. Average enough food if you have no where else to go. 2/5 for me.

Friendly athomosphere and staff. Menu can be easily adapted for vegetarian and vegans. The food is relatively priced for the size.

I wandered around Longford looking for a place to eat for about 30 mins before I came across this spot.
Read moreThere are a couple if dishes on the menu that are vegan - nothing too exciting BUT if you ask them, they are very helpful and will accommodate. I had the Singapore noodles (with tofu). Massive portion that I took 1/2 with me and had for dinner later.
Pros: Helpful staff, Big portions, Tofu!
Cons: Had to adapt the menu
