Delicious Vegan Comfort food - Edit
I was so excited to try Meek's finally! I ordered the Mushroom wings and Fried Pickles! They were both was sooo good. The wings came with homemade chips and they were the best chips I've ever had, light and crispy! The pickles came with a sauce on the side which was delicious, but super spicy. Even my omni husband loved everything.

I just found this place tonight, and I'm pleasantly surprised! The Calzone was soooo good! My mom devoured her fried pickles. The banana pudding surprised me as well, it was better than I expected. Next time I will try the po'boy or burger.

Fantastic Vegan Food! - Edit
I love that everything on the menu is vegan - no substitutions necessary. I've had the Plug's Lawyer Pizza several times and last time I tried the mini stuffed peppers and Mango Blackened Chick'n Burrito - both outstanding! I will have to try more things next time. Staff is very friendly too.

I ordered the Fareal Jack Pizza (BBQ Jackfruit) and the pickle chips. Both were amazing, five stars. I’ve never had pickle chips this flavorful! The pizza was amazing, I actually had it with the vegan chicken instead because they were out of Jackfruit when the pizza was being made but it was still great. So many good flavors at once!

Everything you could want! - pizza, burritos, sandwiches, burgers, stuffed peppers, apps, rice bowls, soon they’ll have pasta… I hope they open a location further north closer to me. The only drawback is it’s takeout/delivery only. They have a couple tables to eat at, but it’s not setup for dining in, and there’s no restroom for customers to use.

We stopped here when we were traveling through the area! We had the Plug's Lawyer Pizza with cashew cheese! Best pizza We've had in ages! We brought home the leftovers and it was just as good or even better cold! We live an hour away so we can't visit often but we will be stopping there again this weekend when we'll be going in that direction again!

Our food from Meek's Vegan Kitchen was excellent! We got the Plug's Lawyer pizza, the stuffed peppers, and a Lion's Mane Philly sandwich, and everything was so good! It is really exciting to have a great vegan pizza option in town, we loved their homemade cashew cheese, and the Philly sandwich was honestly one of the best I've had! The staff was great too! We look forward to going back!

Ordered the Plug's Lawyer pizza (I call it the Saul Goodman) with cashew cheese and the flavor was excellent! I can tell the chef takes care in his craft. Evenly seasons and FULL of toppings, it didn't leave me feeling like I needed more. It was not paper thin either. Loved it! Will be returning 🖤

Read moreAfter seeing a clip on Instagram about this place I decided to check it out. As of this review there is no phone number to call which makes visiting risky if they’re not open or to answer questions you may have. Really hope phone system is setup soon.
Decided to go with the Meathead pizza. This pizza is just outright GOOD from the crust to the cashew cheese (coconut cheese available if you have nut allergen) to the all the vegan meat toppings. No weird lingering taste whatsoever. While ordering someone recommended I try the stuffed peppers so I did. These peppers are amazing! When I first opened the box it wasn’t what I was expecting and certainly didn’t think they would be as good as they are however the flavors are balanced to perfection. I wanted another order after tasting but they had just run out.
Small restaurant not setup for “dining in” so probably best to plan on takeout although they do have a table you can sit at.
Finally good vegan pizza in the south suburbs and maybe even the best in the Chicagoland area.
Pros: Fully vegan , Serves sandwiches too, Reasonable prices
