A Delicious Meal in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence - Edit
Saint-Rémy-de-Provence has an unusual number of vegan friendly restaurants for the region, and Mecha Uma is a star among them. I imagine Court Circuit has brought in a knowledge of vegan and vegetarian fair not seen in other similar towns, but was closed unexpectedly the day we were in town. It was fortuitous as Mecha Uma was an lucky find and delicious. Everything was well marked, with appetizer, entree, and dessert options. Mecha Uma is home to traditional Japanase dishes, favorites like ramen and Mochi, but also Japanese Curry and Yakisoba. The staff clearly take pride in their restaurant and that came through in the service and their food.

Highly recommended. Vegan options are great - Edit
After discovering that the nearby Bienbon had no vegan options we went here uncertain what to expect given the lack of reviews. Our fears were quickly dispelled. We had a starter of Gyozas which were perfect and we had the ramen and curry and both ere very well done with a nice balance of taste. The service was excellent. The house rose great. We’d go again
