Serves meat, vegan options available. Despite the name and it being a sausage and chili restaurant, you'll find a veggie seitan sausage as well as veggie chili both of which are vegan. Sausage can be topped with sauerkraut, pickles, grilled peppers, veggie chili, raw or grilled onions, jalapeno, ketchup, and mustard. Frito pie (Fritos and chili) can be made with the veggie chili.
