Good Swirls - Edit
This place was busy on a hot summer day! Ice cream cone prices were cheap. The staff kept the line moving. The day I was there they offered three vegan flavors from a coconut base. Strawberry, Orange, and Pineapple. Delicious!!

Delightful vegan surprise - Edit
I figured there was no way this place had any vegan options but lo and behold three flavors. I assume dole whip, and was shocked by multiple flavors. $3 can't be beat. Very cute, very delicious.
