Vegan croffle❣️😍 - Edit
Maui is the only place I know of on the island that offers a vegan croffle, which is a croissant baked in a waffle iron for maximum crispiness on the outside and waffle-like chewy texture on the inside, and boy, that was a smash hit to my taste buds! I also loved their banana almond smoothie with cacao - and the rye and spelt toast with spinach hummus, roasted cherry tomatoes and vegan cheese was amazing, too. Not all plantbased choices are clearly marked, so have a good look at the small menu. The staff is friendly and vegan aware and the prices are reasonable.
