Can also modify (as labeled on the menu) bean tostada with birria, birria nachos, and chilaquiles. Open Mon-Thu 11:00am-9:00pm, Fri-Sat 11:00am-11:00pm, Sun 11:00am-9:00pm.

Mushroom Birria

Note: I tried Mati’s as a food truck, but I look forward to trying them in person, where they have more vegan options.

I tried the vegan mushroom birria taco, and it was tasty! It had a good flavor, with lots of fresh onions and cilantro. The spicy salsa was flavorful and had a nice kick. It is harder to find vegan birria, so I appreciated the option. I only wish it came with a side of consome.
