Two vegan options - Edit
It's very hard to find, because the food hall is huge. Luckily their logo is literally ますもと and not in Kanji. There are two vegan options when I went here. I had macrobiotic bento a couple of times at other places, it's certainly not as bland as it was here. The mock meat had a weird spongy texture, the rice was absolutely bland and the other sides didn't really taste good. Was very disappointed...

Loved it! - Edit
Initially confused as two types of rice were given. (Are vegans just limited to eat rice?) however, later on I was amazed with the flavour this small bento box brought with it. The two types of rice were delicious. Also the mock meat and vegetables accompanying the rice were flavourful despite the bento being a cold one.

good vegan bento - Edit
Fancy looking vegan bento. It's nicely arranged and looks beautiful, I only wished they would have used some salt.

hard to find, no vegan options - Edit
we had a very hard time finding this place (it took us about 30-45 mins). When we got there, we asked for vegan options and were told they don‘t have any.

Best Bento So Far! - Edit
I've tried a few macrobiotic foods and haven't been a fan. This bento changed my mind. I enjoyed the one I received. It was full of delicious flavour and was filling! It is on the pricey side but worth if you want an authentic Japanese bento feel. I recommend spending the few extra bucks. Especially if you want to have a picnic.
Read moreI didn't find it hard to find but it could be because I can read the hiragana characters. If you're not familiar, simply look at the photo in the gallery that shows the logo and you'll find it.
Staff was friendly and showed the four options they had when I asked for macrobiotic options.
Pros: Friendly staff, Delicious flavours, Good Amount of Food
Cons: Expensive, Not Very English Friendly, Limited Options

Great Bento - Edit
This place had a few delicious vegetarian bento box choices. It was a great pickup for an afternoon picnic in Shinjuku Gardens. It’s a bit hard to locate in the mall but it’s well worth finding.

Read moreTHE MOST DELICIOUS bento ever. This has been my favorite mean so far. Located on the B1 level. It is hard to find since it is located around many other food tables, but if you show the website to the information desk they will take you there! When we found the table we were immediately asked if we were looking for the vegan bentos! They have about 4 options. There doesn't seem to be many differences between boxes, but the two we purchased tasted AMAZING. Highly recommend!

Hard to find - Edit
This is a food stall inside the Isetan Department store level B2. Once there, the food stall is the one before the escalators. I had to ask the lady if it was them by showing her the restaurant website because there's I indication of the name . it's all Japanese letters.I said macrobi bento she knew right away and showed me the selections.

Interesting... - Edit
Purchased one of the vegan macrobi bento options. A bit pricey for what they are but they're great if you're a vegan that wants to experience bento, and they taste pretty good.

Good Bento Boxes, a handful of options - Edit
In Isetan Department Store on level B1. I asked at the information desk and showed her the masumoto website (in Japanese). She directed me to the right food stall, where the attended spoke limited English. She pulled out a book with three or four different vegetarian bento box options when I asked for macrobi bento. All of the descriptions were in Japanese, but we picked the double bento with two layers and one of the single layer boxes. It came to 2,484 yen for both. They were both delicious and we were glad to have them on the Shinkansen.

delicious, not cheap - Edit
I tried the more expensive vegan bento, 1458円 for two layers. Great value for money, the food was delicious and plentiful and included desserts!
