Amazing fresh vegan dishes - Edit
We went last night and were amazed by the variety of dishes and quality of ingredients. You must book a table as everything is prepared for you in advance (they decide what you will eat). All of the ingredients are grown on their farm or locally sourced. We had courgette fritters, bruscetta, grilled aubergine, fava bean puree, chilli peppers, beans with cous cous, salad and beetroot burgers. Every dish was delicious. It cost €44 each with a glass of wine which is a little more than I would usually pay but well worth it. You pay for what you eat so bear that in mind when they ask if you want to try any other dishes. The owners are lovely and had a nice chat with us. The restaurant is beautifully rustic, with lovely cats running around.

Cons: The menu is a surprise (though I enjoyed that), You don't know up-front how much it will cost
