Weird hours?

I came here once for lunch and it was really great, albeit a little pricey. The second time I came back (11:30 on a Friday) they told me “It will take 30 minutes to prepare and you can’t wait in the restaurant. You have to go away and come back.” Uuuuuh, kay? There were no other customers, all tables vacant. And I had to pay an extra ¥30 for a takeout bag. The food really is excellent though.

Pros: Fully vegan, Great selection

Cons: Pricey (¥1600-¥3000 for lunch), Long wait time

Just hop in

Just landed across this - while strolling along the riverside. Scrumptious food - limited options but genuine taste the staff is very accommodating.

Pros: The location

Great place!

Really lovely place near Asakusa, just tucked away from the busy part and near the relaxing river. Great menu with lots of options, all tasty! Great drink sizes. Friendly staff, if you can speak Japanese she will happily talk with you but I have also heard her speak a little English. Once I was given complimentary cheese as a phoned and checked if they were open. Great place!

Pros: Lots of options , Good drink sizes , Great location

All vegan place in Asakusa

This all vegan restaurant is so adorable and everything just blew my mind, it was so delicious!
They serve currys and some sandwiches but their most popular items are combinations plate. You get to choose between a plate of 3 or 4 dishes. Then you choose between rice or bread and then just select what you want. I don’t remember all the choices but it was something like :
-Mixed greens
-Shredded carrots
-Falafel
-Hummus
-Fried soy meats•
-Shiitake mushroom steak•
-Curry•
-Tempura veggies
And a few others.
You can choose whatever you want but they also have some examples of combinations with people’s favorite.
I had the three items i marked with • and I loved everthing. The curry was the best I ever had I think 🙌🏼

The staff only spoke a little English but it was not a problem at all, we understood each other perfectly.
The food also came out pretty fast which is always a bonus.

Pros: All vegan place, Not too expensive, Really nice decor

Cons: Not too easy to find (but it might be just me 😅)

Pros: All vegan options

Cons: Food is alright and don't order their Chai hahaha

Nice little place

Cute small place near the river. Just good food and a lovely owner. We shared the falafel bread and small portion tempura with rice. It took some time but we didn’t mind, but if you are hangry...If you register online @ Tokyo Vegemap you will receive a coupon for a goodie. I got a free donut made from purple potato which was a bit tasteless unfortunately.

Pros: just good food, small place, friendly

Cons: may take sometime

Charming vegan cafe

Not far from Senso Ji Temple but in a quiet location, they offer 3 or 4 dish meals with a good variety including salad, hummus, falafel, tempura and curry. We especially liked the mushroom steak and falafel plus Brussels sprout special, and service was quick and friendly and the decor is simple but charming.

Pros: Tasty food, Good variety , Menu in English

Cons: Not inexpensive

Vegan brunch/cafe

The schedule was late or not updated and we wait 20’ but, anyway... it was worth! They serve different kind of brunch menu, were you can choose between 3 or 4 plates (including the special of the day).

I’ve ordered one with mushrooms, avocado, cauliflower, grain rice...

All was so tasty and delicious. Slow cooked😍

Pros: So many vegan options, Slow cooked (not fast food)

Healthy Vegan delight

Cute cafe in touristy area. Only 1 person working, so don't expect fast food, but honestly, the food is made with care and feels "real". The options for lunch are "build a plate" from 3 or 4 options, but there are lots of set suggestions. I had a mock meat karaage bowl and my partner had a curry and rice. We both had chai made on soy. Wholesome and delicious, and a great pause in a busy part of town.

Pros: All vegan

Cons: Not many locals eating here, mostly tourists

Fresh, Clean Food

The Farm Cafe has an organic, healthy vibe. All of the food was prepared fresh upon ordering in the small kitchen visible from the cafe. Although they ran out before we arrived, I was surprised to see they serve half avocados as part of their lunch sets! This is a luxury I haven’t seen often in Japan. There were only two women working when we attended, so admittedly the service was a little slow. Don’t stop here if you’re in a rush. Don’t stop here if you’re in a big group, either. While we ate we saw a group of 10 turned away because there simply wasn’t enough room. However, if you’re in a small group and have some time to spend, this is a great place to do it.

Pros: Fully vegan cafe with many options, Fresh, healthy choices

Cons: Service can be slow, Not suitable for large groups

Lots of variety, fresh, tasty and nice atmosphere.

Cute little place that feels quiet despite being a block from busier streets. Nice to have vegan tempura! Also loved the soy meat and fresh bread.

May take some time

A little hard to find and then waited about 45 minutes for my small meal. Only one person working so understandable but I wasn’t reassured the entire time that it was coming etc.
basic coffee for a star bucks latte price.

Delicious Clean Food

It was so nice to have some fresh veggies and "clean" food options, as these are a bit harder to find in Tokyo. The space was a bit small but very cute/cozy, and our server was quite friendly.

Pros: Great Food, Friendly Staff, Unique Dishes

Very friendly staff and delicious food

We arrived 5 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to still give us some curry. It was absolutely delicious - just the right amount of spice, good portion size. It was a varied but well-balanced dish. We ate on the benches by the river and the view was very nice too.

Lots of options

I wanted to love this place and even though it’s nice albeit very small inside I had higher expectations for the food. I had the curry, tempura, falafel and soy meat - the falafel was the nicest the others were not as good.

Pros: Lots of vegan options

Easy to find, so good to eat ;)

In a quiet atmosphere, lots of dishes suggested if you choose the "Lunch Plates" (3 or 4 different kind of mini-dishes- not that minis!)
And good music too!

Very good

Had the Falafel Burger (about 1,300yen) and a Chai Tea Latte (540yen). The burger was very delicious, the tea as well BUT it was SO small for being so expensive.

Pros: All vegan, Nice location, Cozy atmosphere

Cons: Price
