Favorite restaurant in Midland - Edit
My family lives in Midland and I visit a lot. This is my favorite restaurant in Midland. They used to have a vegan menu but now post-Covid, they have a smaller menu in general. Still lots of delicious vegan sushi rolls and tofu appetizer. The veggie rolls are innovative (love the one with sweet potato tempura in particular). Great atmosphere. Omni friends love it too.

Vegan sushi is amazing - Edit
I had the Mario vegan sushi and it was phenomenal. First sushi experience but it was really delicious and the portion size was great. Service was super friendly and my Waitress Kamber was super sweet and helpful! If you love tea you have to have the cherry blossom green tea it's so good to add they also use reusable boxes to box your left overs which is awesome!

Satisfying - Edit
I love that Maru cater to vegetarians and vegans. The menu has a handful of options. I went with the archer roll and edamame. I have to say I didn't find the edamame to be anything special. The archer roll had good flavor but the rolls were super soft and were already separated and falling apart when I opened the container. One order filled me up and I would order from here again. It was also very inexpensive in my opinion. $10 for the roll and $4 for the edamame. Definitely one of the best options in the area. Takeout is available as well.

Great Sushi! - Edit
The vegan menu is available upon request, vegetarian options listed on the menu. These are very good! We also love the fried tofu! Also a great place to go with non-veg friends... Their sushi is also amazing!
