Great Chinese takeaway

Always have really good food from here. Very tasty and most dishes can be made vegan. Highly recommend

Unreal!

The best Chinese takeaway you could ask for. ANYTHING on the menu can be made vegan!! Hits the spot for real greasy Chinese takeaway food. The staff are great and prices are good.

Satisfying & all vegan

Marlings is where you should go for a nostalgic greasy Chinese takeaway experience. They have vegan versions of all the classics that you may miss once going vegan - and done really well! Would recommend.

Brilliant Chinese Takeaway

This is a lovely Chinese takeaway which can make nearly every menu item vegan. It's really tasty and offers delivery.

Pros: Can make any menu item vegan, Tasty food

Cons: BBQ sauce isn't vegan/veggie

Almost all vegan

Perfect spot for Chinese takeaway. Far cheaper than any other vegan Chinese spots in Bristol. I would give 5* if I could

Basically completely vegan

They will make ANYTHING on the menu vegan for you. The staff are lovely and make it very clear when you’re ordering vegan food. Very good for pricing too!!! SO GOOD 😋

Huge selection of clearly indicated Chinese takeaway classics

Delicious and a huge range of choice from Marlings, all the Chinese classics veganised - what a delight! Highlights are sweet and sour chicken balls, duck pancakes, Malaysian curry and the veg with cashew nuts. The chips are also excellent if you fancy a less traditional accompaniment😄

Have been meaning to try Marlings for ages and I was not disappointed!

Almost anything on the menu can be made vegan (bit overwhelming considering the hundreds of choices!!) and everything we had was just amazing. We had the "chicken" balls, "chicken" chow mein, "beef" in black bean sauce, mushroom fried rice, spring rolls and sweet and sour sauce and it was all FANTASTIC. We live about 15 minute drive away and the food was still a perfect temperature when we got back home after collecting. In addition, great portion sizes and good value for money. Finally, the staff were also really friendly and we barely had to wait for our order to be made. Already looking forward to going back and trying out some other dishes off the menu!

Amazing mock meats!

Absolutely blown away by the quality of this food! So much flavour, the ‘meats’ are on point, have never experienced chicken balls before but their version was great! The black bean sauce was exceptional and the salt and pepper chilli chips are brilliant! Honestly couldn’t recommend this more. Going to make my way throughout the whole vegan menu!

Absolutely amazing food!

I ordered vegan versions of sesame prawns, black pepper beef, chicken satay skewers, Tom yum soup and the salt and pepper aubergine.
All were fantastic and I can't wait to order again! I've never had such good vegan takeaway 💚💚💚

Best vegan Chinese ever!

Eaten here quite a few times! Cannot taste the difference between their vegan and meat options! Chinese is my favourite takeaway, and with this place you don’t feel like you’re missing out! Everything on the menu can be made vegan and taste just like the real thing if not better! And of course there is no guilt 💚

Pros: Endless vegan options, Taste just like real meat and seafood, The list goes on

So yummy, me and my boyfriend love it

We loves the ‘duck’ hoisin wraps. The ‘chicken’ balls are to die for. And the fake meats r brilliant x

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Good prices, Tastes yummy

Cons: Not everything on the menu is vegan obvs, The actual place itself needs a revamp

Takeaway with vegan option for every item

I love coming here for the vegan hoisin crispy duck and sweet and sour balls, as far as I'm aware it's the only place like it in Bristol.

Amazing choice of vegan dishes

Almost any menu item can be made vegan, with mock meats, if you order online it's really easy to see the options and also add any additional dietary requirements. We love the sweet and sour 'chicken' balls

Fab Chinese Takeaway

Most of what’s on the menu can be made vegan and you get choice of fake meat types too (the fake beef is great!). Ordered a couple of times and always been really happy with what I have ordered. Never mixed up the order and always been on time (or quicker).
