Vegan breakfast and cake - Edit
They serve breakfast all day (!!) and have one vegan breakfast (roasted potatoes, tofu, chickpeas and humus). It was quite OK and filling. Hot drinks (coffee etc) can be ordered with vegan milk. On that day, one of the two cakes was vegan, a big slice of almond cake, nicely decorated and yummy.
Read moreThey had a vegan bowl on the menu which sounded appealing. You can also order single items for breakfast, e.g. bread or jam. Those are not clearly marked as vegan, you have to look at the allergy list to figure out or ask the staff.
Atmosphere is nice and service good.

Delicious - Edit
Had the Panko pancakes with pumpkin, seitan, tofu and peanut sauce – utterly delicious! But the place is not even vegetarian. Maybe support one of the many vegan restaurants nearby.

Tasty food - Edit
They don’t have many vegan options but the ones they do have are refreshingly different from standard vegan options in omni restaurants.
Read moreI had the hearty vegan breakfast (roasted potatoes, seitan, chickpeas, and hummus) which was lovely!
They also had a poke bowl with jackfruit and roasted cauliflower with vegan aioli on their menu.
I‘m tired of always seeing hummus & falafel as the default vegan option, so I loved that their vegan options were well thought through and tasted great!

Good vegan breakfast - Edit
Went here for breakfast. There is only 1 vegan option, but it is tasty. It was a scrambled tofu dish with potatoes, seitan and chickpeas.

Great food but not as much choice as advertised - Edit
They have a seasonal menu which isn’t available online and some of the standard menu items are not available on any given day. There were two burgers, a curry and a poke bowl to choose from on my visit. There was also a roasted pumpkin soup starter.
Read moreThat said, I had the jackfruit burger (I’d had a poke bowl earlier in the day) and it was fantastic. Also a great Austrian lager on tap if you like a beer with your dinner.
A little expensive compared to what I’m used to but seems pretty normal for Vienna
Pros: Tasty, well-seasoned food, Good beer
Cons: Not as much choice as they say

Cold coffee, cafe latte half full - Edit
I used to love Marks, the owner was always super friendly and attentive, but my last experience has just been horrible. The waitress was unfriendly and my cafe latte was half way only foam and it was cold even I ordered a regular cafe latte which should be hot. Internet was super slow too. Not worth the 4 euros! Never again!!! Wouldn’t recommend anymore!

Delicious and filling - Edit
Nice vegan options on the menu. I had the vegan crunch breakfast bowl. It was really delicious and kept me full for long because it was packed with plant based proteins. Service was very friendly and outdoor seating was nice.

poor service ok food - Edit
Food was ok, good mix of vegan and non vegan options as were with a mixed group. Staff didn't seem to appriciate our business and were neither friendly or helpful which was a shame. Lights in the upstairs section were not working so it was also pretty dark. We ordered main courses and a drink then left the sweet potato vegan burger was good but potato wedges were undercooked.

Beyond Amazing!! - Edit
First off this place deserves more than 5 stars (for what ever reason this app does not allow more than 4 stars to a non-veg restaurant).
Read moreThe first thing on the menu "Vegan Breakfast". Oh goodness so amazing!!! Super rich and fatty, but soooo good! Had hash browns, avocado, and delicious seitan! My husband was even able to have his omni breakfast, which was nice we could eat a meal together.
The customer service was insane: the owner heard it was our honeymoon and it was champagne on the house!
The coffee was awesome too :).
Pros: Amazing food, Insanely good customer service , Beautiful restaurant with great decor
Cons: none

Homemade bread and cosy fireplace - Edit
Omnivore friends took me there on a snowy evening in Vienna and I appreciated the cosy atmosphere warmed by a fireplace. I ate a tasty seitan sandwich with freshly baked bread, and as a dessert a delicious blondie with coconut ice cream. Vegan choice is limited to a dish for each course, but clearly marked.

Perfect night out with friends - Edit
Our friends made a reservation for us on a recent visit, and I'm so glad they did! We were worried when we saw the place that it would be very expensive, but the prices were quite reasonable! The vegetarian and vegan options were clearly labeled on the menu, and the seitan sandwich was very tasty. We started the meal with some excellent cocktails and dined next to a cozy fire. It was a perfect evening and I highly recommend this place!

A nice Veg-friendly restaurant - Edit
The decoration of this restaurant is really cool. The waiters are friendly, speak fluent English and they are happy to provide English menu. There are some vegan choices as well as meat/fish meals, which all look very good and creative. My friend ordered "Vegan Kebap" and I turned to "Caribbean curry with red kidney beans". Extra bio-sirloin beef can be added in the curry for non-veggies. My friend's kebap was really nice, the meat was made of seitan, but tastes quite kebap-y and no weird mock meat smell. When my meal came, I found out there is sirloin inside , so I asked the waitress and she immediately brought back and made me a new one. The curry was correctly spiced and seasoned, you can feel the chef made lots of efforts in creating the food. For desserts I took the only vegan option- chocolate couscous cake and my friend chose cinnamon creme brulee. The chocolate came together with some whipped coconut cream, and they both taste awesome, not like other too sweet Austrian cake. My friend liked her creme brulee a lot, due to the intense cinnamon flavor. We are all very satisfied with this dinner experiences, and im impressed that their vegan meals are so innovative, beautifully-presented, and of course delicious! The price is quite reasonable, which make it even better. If you are with some omnivores this place is great, cuz their meat/fish dishes seems yummy too!
