So many vegan options - Edit
This is actually called Bistro Market and Deli and is next door to Bistro 501 restaurant. Sooooo many vegan option! I went in for crackers and came out with an armload of treats. On the upper level they have vegan mayo, tofu, plant-milks, cheeses, sauces, frozen items. Downstairs they have bulk items — lentils, oats, beans and a deli that has vegan sandwich offerings. Tons of cute kitchen supplies, herbs, and an assortment of veggies. Boutique market prices, but a unique find in Lafayette where vegan foods are often scarce.

New market in downtown Lafayette with multiple options that can be made vegan. - Edit
They offered a soup, sandwich and pastty that were vegan. I ate the pastry which was warm with Mediterranean mix inside, included a vegan tzatziki dip. It was very good and filing. Also, had the vegan red lentil soup which was savory and delicious.
