yummy vegan takeaway breakfast - Edit
This new little café is in the beautiful Jordaan district, perfect for a takeaway breakfast at one of the beautiful Grachten. I love their yummy pastrys and it’s all vegan! 🤩The savory sandwiches also seemed nice, my boyfriend ordered one. Also there’s a variety of different hot drinks with plant milk. Definitely recommended!

Pros: Leuk menu lieve mensne

Dear Yorke,
Read moreThank you so much for visiting us, happy to hear that you enjoyed our homemade pastries and it was lovely meeting you both.
Regarding the pricing, we’d like to clarify our position.
Did you know that most coffee farmers don’t make enough money to cover the full cost of production or to support their families? At the same time, coffee is the most vulnerable crop to climate change. With rising temperatures, changing weather patterns, new diseases and droughts, key growing areas are becoming unsuitable for production. The effect is that the quality and quantity of coffee are at stake. Therefore we should never take coffee for granted and we all need to contribute to building a strong and equal coffee community. We believe there is only one price for coffee: the price that covers production, a decent life for the farmers, and a sustainable and organic farming process. That’s why we choose to work with Bocca coffee which ticks all of these boxes.
As for our sandwiches, 9.5 Euros is our most expensive sandwich because it contains the most ingredients with the most amount of prep work, however we also offer a delicious 8 Euro option, our Caprese. Our breads are handmade fresh every morning and all of our ingredients are fair trade and organic (like the coffee) which means that when you eat one of our sandwiches, you also support farmers. and the organic process which is vital in the fight against the reduction of greenhouse gases, pesticides, and a declining bee population. We hope you can come try one for yourself on your next visit! 💚

Delicious baked goods and tasty fresh sandwiches - Edit
We absolutely love this new vegan cafe in De Jordaan - just what the neighborhood needed! Think freshly baked goods such as croissants, cinnamon rolls, chocolate chip cookies and madeleines (all so good), tasty smoked tofu or caprese sandwiches, and drinks such as (ice) coffee. Everything’s 100% organic and vegan. As a bonus the owners are lovely and the cafe has a fresh and welcoming look. Love it.
