Great pizza base and Ceci

Main reason for listing this place is -

A. No vegan restaurants in Carrara centre currently

B. Ceci is a local delicacy - a vegan, gluten free chickpea flour ‘pancake’ - delicious!

C. Even with no cheese on the pizzas, the pizzas are amazing. Bases are perfect from the wood fire oven.

Cons: Staff have no English

"Ceci" isn't a local delicacy 😅, it's called "cecina" or "calda" locally but you can find it under other names around all of Italy and it's always vegan. It's usually called "farinata".
