Vegano a Marghereat Lab - Edit
Sono andata per la prima volta a Marghereat Lab (spin off di quella originale). Devo dire che l'impasto romano è molto interessante, più leggero e merita una prova, ma sinceramente potevano essere più creativi con i gusti vegani. C'è solo un'opzione, una marinara rivisitata, con capperi. Era buona ma diciamo che manca un po' di scelta. Se dovete scegliere, consiglio la Marghereat originale!

Non la solita pizza vegana - Edit
Ho conosciuto il ristorante tramite passa parola e ho scoperto con molta felicità che aveva pizze vegane che non fossero la solita marinara o con verdure grigliate. Oltre all’originalità degli ingredienti anche il gusto è ottimo, consiglio quindi di passare per provare una pizza vegana diversa dal solito!

Don’t miss their vegan pizza - Edit
As I am always looking for the new openings, I found out Marghereat in Elce (Perugia). Thinking that it was worth a visit I reserved a table, very curios for the vegan pizza shown on their menu. And what a surprise! The place is simple. The staff super friendly and professional. Nice people with a. Clear project in mind. I did ask why they have vegan option on the menu ( not that common in Umbria) and they told me ok of the guy oh the staff is vegan and they’ve included therefore something he could it. And guess what? It is delicious.
