This is the meal I have been waiting for over a month!
Read moreIn planning our trip to Italy I came across Marco on Happy Cow and knew I wanted to have him cook at our place of stay while in Firenze.
We invited friends over for the experience and all loved the three course meals plus dessert. The flavors were rich and flavorful and knowing that they were made for us by Marco made them more enjoyable.
If you have an opportunity to take part in this type of experience, I strongly recommend it!

Beautiful meal served in our Villa in Montepulciano - Edit
Marco prepared and served a delicious, interesting, and creative meal. He was very communicative prior to our dinner, arrived on time, and cooked for 3 hours. Marco was friendly and accommodating. We are so thankful for the wonderful dinner!

I saw Marco listed here on Hapoy Cow. Contacted him to prepare a dinner at our rental apartment. It was a fantastic evening of delicious food and conversation. He was happy to discuss how he prepared his dishes and any other food/cultural questions we had. We would certainly hire him again when we return to Florence. We also felt his prices to be quite reasonable given that he spent 3 hours preparing the meal and another 3 hours serving and cleaning.

difficilmente riesco a trovare una cucina vegana che mi soddisfa. spesso si trova poca varietà di prodotti e poca scelta di piatti.
