"vegetarian island" - Edit
I appreciate the fact that vegans, together with their families and travel companions, can also enjoy a balanced meal at the airport.
Read moreI also like the idea that you pay by the size of your plate and are not necessarily limited to one dish. This allows you to try a variety. The restaurant has the "Vegetarian Island".
This is a stand with different, changing hot and cold dishes that are vegetarian and vegan.
You can put together your own menu, and there is also another menu card with changing dishes (as you would expect from other restaurants).
I would criticize the communication: You first pay for the plate size at the till (self-service) and then take your dishes as you like from the "vegetarian island".
The dishes offered on the "vegetarian island" also change throughout the day depending on availability.
Pros: variety of different foods, you pay for the plate size and not the dish
