Wanted to try everything so the 50% off was ideal. Plates are small so if paying full price I’d have felt they were too small.
Read moreOyster mushrooms are a must order tasty with a nice level of spice. Aubergine was a surprise highlight, flavours incredible despite initial surprise at it being cold.
Vegan dessert was a disappointment. Just a bit disjointed but the fact it wasn’t a fruit salad was appreciated. Wouldn’t get again though.
All in all a fabulous visit and will go again. Staff were so lovely and welcoming, with a professional level of banter! I wish I got the girls name who served us she wore purple tie dye! Absolute vibe, asset to Maray!!!

Went here during their 50% off January deal!! Such a good discount for such good food. Nice restaurant and the waiter was lovely. Me and my friend got the mezzo platter, flatbread, disco cauliflower and oyster mushroom shawarma! All came to under £10 with a tip! Delicious food and gorgeous presentation- would recommend

Super Sunday lunch - Edit
As it was Sunday when we went, the main course choices were just the roasts. The chickpea and nut one could be served as part of a vegetarian or vegan meal. The vegan option was delicious. Portion sizes are ample. There was just one vegan dessert that was rich and satisfying. Our server, Ben, was very friendly and helpful.

Read moreMaray has a separate vegan menu with plenty of choices. The disco cauliflower is a must try - it’s so delicious! We ordered the falafel sharer, the chickpea Dopiza and the Disco Cauliflower and it was plenty between 2 people. All the food was great and fresh.
The staff seemed really knowledgeable about the menu and vegan items. While we were ordering the waitress clocked we were ordering from the vegan menu and made recommendations based on that. The drinks menu also states which drinks are not vegan, if they contain honey for example.
The prices are all very reasonable for the quality of the food and the service was very quick. I would recommend this place to anybody - vegan, veggie or meat eater!
