Serves meat, vegan options available. Servers can help identify items that are or can be made vegan. Many of the vegetable and tofu items are vegan such as general tso tofu, kung pao tofu, string beans, eggplants, fried rice without eggs, vegetable lo mein, double pan fried noodles and spring rolls. Open Mon-Thu 11:30am-9:30pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-10:30pm, Sun 11:30am-9:30pm.

No vegan marks on menu but knowledgable staff! - Edit
Upon arrival we got hot tea and an app of spicy cabbage...stuff. We ordered sesame tofu and I tried to order the grandma fried rice (because it was spicy) but it was not vegan so they were able to make something similar. I enjoyed the tofu more and my partner preferred the rice! Would definitely go back and try more dishes!

Mapo is wonderful and has been around for so many years. It's my go to place for their vegan chick'n. You have to sometimes preorder it. It's sooooo good! Please add more vegan options!
