So glad I had some waiting time in between train connections so I could discover this gem.
Read moreThe location might be a bit out of the centrum but when travelling from Milano central station it's easily accesible. From around the world I would say not whether you should come but how will you get here :p just make it work, it's worth it.
I had diner here last friday, and they were hosting a pizza night. As I was cravving some vegetables I was doubting but as the offered a combo pizza with the 2 flavors, convinced me. Good that I did and endulged on this masterpiece that literlly looked like a piece of art. The pesto mushroom side was a bit salty but very flavorfull just like the tomato side. How they make a fanatstic doughlike crust like this? I have no idea!! The combo pizza is not cheap, but worth the price and super filling. Even though after some time I couldn't resist to try the tiramisu, when in Italy... right? This was also delicious! As if I was not exploding by now, the chef also offered me a free dessert teaser of something new he is trying out. Amthough I ate a lot, I didn't have a heavy feeling at all.
The staff was thus extremly friendly and helpful also being fluent in English.
If you want to take a piece of heaven home, you can also indulge on the bulk items like granola and crackers. Think ahead and bring a box to save some waste :)

Everything tasted nice and sophisticated, and the staff were all friendly. The waiter who served us was kind and spoke English. Cheesy kale chips, nachos and tiramisu were particularly amazing. My non-vegan sister was also impressed, and their primo, secondo and dessert actually filled her up! This place definitely isn't cheap, but it is reasonable judging from how well they presented the food and how elaborate the food was.

I've never appreciated raw food until now! Their food and deserts are packed with flavour. I also had a cold pressed juice with was recommended to me, a pineapple, mint and apple. The staff are very friendly andenglish speakers which is really helpful.

I'm sure of it. The juice menu was extensive and had ingredient-specific health information. The food menu was completely raw and extremely Health-oriented. The music and environment were very comforting and all of this conglomerates into one of my favorite vegan restaurants in Europe.

Excellent flavours and great textures... but to feel satisfied it would have cost 40$. Mains are 10-14€ and I'd happily chomp through three servings of a spiralized courgette and pesto.

The food here is absolutely amazing, so flavorful and completely raw. I'm always in awe! Almost everything on the menu tastes good, it's hard to go wrong. The waiters I had were super nice and friendly, and can even suggest what's best on the menu. The tiramisu, brownie and chocolate avocado pudding dessert with strawberries (i forgot the official name) are all AMAZING. Only thing is the place is expensive, however with reason - high quality ingredients, nice place, really good presentation too.

You can enjoy a whole raw meal even if you are not used to that kind of cousine.
Pancakes and pressed juices are amazing too if you are searching for just a snack.
Raspberry cheesecake is the best vegan dessert I have ever eaten. Creamy like a dairy one.
Of course every dish is beautiful.
The prices are troubling. Very very high in part due to the quality of the ingredients and the preparation.
The atmosphere is puzzling. Sometimes super friendly sometimes super snob.

First night visiting Milan and this little gem was round the corner from my hotel. I've not been impressed by raw vegan food in the past but this place restored my faith in it! I had the oyster mushroom 'calamari' followed by a lime cheesecake and I was utterly speechless by the flavours and quality of the food. Service is a little slow but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Will be visiting again on my next trip to Milan. Highly recommended.

I was visiting Milan for the day with three friends (none of them are vegan) and took them here. All of them thought it was delicious and were amazed that it was both vegan and raw. I would go back to Milan just to visit Mantra Raw Vegan again

I went to Mantra only once but keep on thinking about it all the time. The food there is like art and like a trip...to amazing flavors :-) It's slightly on the expensive side but totally worth the price. You HAVE TO try coffee chocolate cheesecake!!!

This small restaurant in the downtown of Milano is in my opinion the number one in Italy, as per the quality of the food, the creativity and professionality of the chef. Also courtesy is a must, I have noticed that all the people even the waiter are well trained and professional. The dishes were delicious, the juices unique (they showed me the special squeezer they use), but my super mention goes to the cake... Tiramisù, the best raw cake I have ever tried, and I have quite an experience ☺️

As usual I brought all my family with me (even no veg people) and they all loved it! The taste is great and we ordered a lot because we thought it wouldn't be enough...but, believe me, we almost couldn't eat all and we had to skip the dinner. Everything is amazing and high in nutrition. The dessert gave me heaven experience, really! If you need to go visit Milan you need also to go to this place!

I tried the coconut-carrot soup with lemongrass which was amazing (quite spicy but I like it)
Afterwards I had a salad because I had been eating to much junk food in Milan. The salad was great as well.
Off course I couldn't leave without having desert and I tried the Banoffee pie, so delicious!!
They serve great wine as well.

I went in alone and had the chocolate nice cream for breakfast and a juice to go. It was yummy! Expensive and I could have had to servings. Would love to go back and try all the other goodies on the menu. Staff were lovely.
