Tasty American -style fast food - Edit
The food here is really delicious and they make it very quickly. However, expect to pay US prices. The menu, however, is limited to burgers, hot dogs, salads, and tacos, plus some shakes and other drinks.

This place is fantastic. Kind of like a Veggie Grill it Native Foods in the US. Order from a counter then go to a table. I’ve been here twice in 2 days and will come back tomorrow. They have a breakfast menu on weekends with these delicious waffles of multiple flavors. The food is delicious.

Beautiful location, fabulous food, friendly staff and quick service. They do not use plates,so they are eco friendly. Expensive for this village—but “vale la pena”!
Read moreOur favorites: Mayan Burger, Crispy Tofu Burger and Hot Dog (actually a tasty vegan sausage in a homemade bun with a bit of chipotle mayo, tomatoes, pickles and onions).
The fries are good too! Try dipping them in the chipotle mayo. 😍
We were in Bacalar for a week and only returned to one restaurant—this one!

We went to Mango y Chile to celebrate our final night in Mexico, and it was great!! We both had the Maya burger, which was huge and amazing!! So many great flavours, really really tasty!

Only wish we went during the day, rather than at night, because the view of the lagoon from the terrace must have been incredible!!

A must place to eat in Bacalar. Great location with patio with the lagoon view. We ate maya burger and taco falafel - very delicious! For desert I took the homemade chocolat bar which was perfect. We will definitely go back! Staff are very nice also😄

This is the best vegan food I’ve had here. The menu of fully vegan they have breakfast lunch dinner and dessert. The location is awesome with beautiful murals and outdoor seating.

We had the hotdogs, which were very nice. For the fries there's 2 options: a 1/2 portion or a whole portion. We took the whole one to share, but it turned out too be too big for us. Overall we were happy about the quality, but it was a bit expensive for a fast-food restaurant.

The best place for vegan food in Bacalar. The restaurant is situated in the center of the town right next to the fort with a great view on the lagoon. On their menu you can find burgers, hotdogs, tacos and more. On top of that, they have really good vegan desserts including a homemade magnum-style icecream-bar. Highly recommend to try their food when you are in town!

Wir waren während unserem Aufenthalt in Bacalar mehrmals dort, man sitzt schön und das Essen ist sehr sehr gut. Die Hamburger und auch die Cookies haben extrem gut geschmeckt. Mein Freund sagt, bester Burger, den er je gegessen hat :)
