Like eating in a grandmother's kitchen - Edit
Good food, almost all vegan, all homemade by the chef/owner. The place feels like you're eating in her kitchen.

It pains me to write this - Edit
The food was great but the service was objectively awful. This is a single person run operation but the owner is clearly extremely stressed and projects that on to the customers. She speaks excellent English which was very helpful but... We tried to be helpful by stacking our plates before leaving and were announced to be disrespectful to the entire place before we left. While waiting to pay, we were effectively screamed at to go to the card machine as if we'd already been told to go there multiple times.

Cons: prepare to be yelled at.

Vegan lunch - Edit
Cute little restaurant offering all vegan meals (except for one dish with cheese). It is hard to find vegan korean dishes in the city, so this is the place to go to! The place is run by a lovely elderly lady and the food was great.

Cute restaurant with Vegan/Vegetarian Option in Gyedong! - Edit
I liked this restaurant promotes their vegan/vegetarian menu outside! It is owner’s style of taste restaurant which is good to have own personality. She makes all the side dishes too. And it is very traditional soy sauce marinated. Food is humble and simple! However, the owner chef’s attitude is not proper as service business person which people can feel very rude and annoyed.

5 stars!!! - Edit
Can’t give 5 stars because the app won’t allow restaurants not fully vegan/vegetarian to receive higher than 4 stars. But a majority of the menu is vegan. This place is an absolute gem. If you want a true personal and wholesome experience and home cooked style meal, this place is a perfect choice. Mananim, the owner, is awesome and runs the entire restaurant on her own. I humbly ask for patrons to show patience and kindness towards your host, she does it all and deserves some love back

Quirky place with lovely food - Edit
It’s very conveniently located near the MMCA (National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art) Seoul and the Gyeongbokgung Palace, in a lovely little side street with galleries and little shops. The old lady running this quirky little restaurant is super nice; they’re all her own recipes and the food is great. About 10 vegan dishes and 4 non-vegan options; a balance I’d love to see in any other restaurant! Most of the food is Korean but there’s one pasta dish too. There were only 5 tables but we were the only guests; might take a bit longer perhaps if all tables are taken.

Mixed feelings - Edit
We had an odd moment when we went into the restaurant.

We were the only foreigners that entered the place, and she never asked that from the locals that entered after us and didn't sanitised their hands (made us feel a bit odd).

It’s a good option if you’re around Gyeongbokgung Palace, and the neighbourhood itself is pretty cute to walk around.
