Ok

I got a vegan pasta dish. They don’t have anything on the menu, so the chef improvised a dish. It was just pasta, olive oil, greens and a lot of salt. It’s quite expensive - lunch offer with a soft drink is 165 DKK. There was a lot of food though, so I brought the leftovers home.

Nice to have a pasta option in Odense

There's nothing on the menu that can be veganized, but the chef was able to freestyle a vegan pasta dish with caramelised onions and roasted veggies. This pasta didn't look that impressive, but tasted absolutely amazing. Not sure if I'd be consistent every time through.
