O Mamma é um dos meus restaurantes preferidos em Santa Maria. Funciona como self service, mas também possui opção a la carte ou delivery. A comida é muito gostosa e costuma ter bastante variedade no cardápio do dia, tudo vegano. O atendimento sempre foi muito bom e o preço é justo.

O lugar é bonito, com uma decoração simples, mas aconchegante. Tem banheiros limpos e sem gênero. Quando fui, a maioria dos itens do buffet eram veganos e pude conversar com os donos do local, bem simpáticos por sinal e atenciosos. A comida estava deliciosa e bem variada.
