Great specialty coffee with vegan options - Edit
Mame is known as one of the best specialty coffee shops in Switzerland, and they surely deserve the title. I recommend their competition coffees, particularly the geisha (for pour over)

Not a ton of options but what they have is good - Edit
They have plant milk for coffee and a few marked pastries. Only tried their crumble, but that was very nice.
