Incredible food and veiws in Ayampe

Located inside La Tortuga. We ate here for lunch, later for drinks, and again for a nightcap. Prices are a bit higher compared to the area, but portion size and flavor make up for it. We got the açaí bowl and Siem Rice with veggies. The rice was seasoned to perfection with a large serving portion. Later that night we got the “Bahn mi” but veganized it, adding avocado and any available veggies. It was so delicious. Menu has extra vegan options and the staff are very helpful and understand the term vegan. The bar and drinks both alcoholic/ no. Alcoholic are delicious. It’s like a speakeasy we would find back in San Diego and people would pay $$$$ for. Will be back to eat this great food with incredible views.

Worth the Price

Because my partner and I are foodies, we try to keep our budget per meal to a minimum. Although this place is a bit more on the pricey side, we heard great things from friends, so decided to try it out. They were accommodating to any changes to make meals vegan and also to allow us to share by splitting the portions. Delicious!

Pros: Delicious flavors, Close to beach, Open most of the day

Cons: A bit pricey
