Great place - Edit
As others have said, all the vegetarian dishes can easily be vegan and many already are. Several options available. Veggie goyozas were very tasty as was my red curry. They even have several vegan (and interesting!) deserts!

I enjoyed dinner near LX Factory. The green curry with tofu was tasty. I also had samosas and a black rice dessert. The menu labels items as vegetarian. You will need to ask for the vegetarian items to be made vegan.

Lots of options and willing to change ingredients. They changed my desert on the lunch menu as I couldn't eat the one on there.
