Moderate size conventional store that carries some fresh fruits and vegetables both locally grown and imported - new stock on Tuesdays and Fridays. Merchandise is mostly packaged and dry conventional foods (not vegan). Onsite bakery makes fresh baguettes and pastries each morning. NOTE: the gas station next door sells a few locally grown seasonal produce like pineapples, cucumber, limes, papayas, etc... for a fair price.

ABC Store - Edit
There is nothing really special about this market except that it's a place where you can get bottled water, some fruits and vegetables, and hot baquettes in the morning... but it's better than nothing! Pure vegetarian food is difficult to find on this island.

Basic produce - Edit
During the week you can at least get some basic produce here. If you get in early on Sundays they usually have some precooked traditional Tahitian food-a couple of items are vegan such as taro or bananas in coconut cream or tapioca. But they only have a few and they sell out fairly quickly.

Cons: limited selection
