very few vegan options - Edit
The food is a bit blend. They'll bring you a non vegan bread even when you ask for a vegan menu, make sure to double check everything you order is egg and dairy free. Beautiful place downtown.

Healthy, great quality for price - Edit
Very filling, too. Not many vegan options, but I was satiated. I enjoyed everything. The bread with the vegan mayo too (appetizer).

Not really many vegan options - Edit
First, there's no longer a set menu. Second, most vegan options involve removing important ingredients. For example, you can get vegan pizza but without cheese or a vegan burger but it's completely dry.

The place was truly beautiful and the food amazing - Edit
Wow. This place was just perfect. I didn't expect this when we headed for the only vegetarian restaurant in Jujuy.
Read moreIt is a big restaurant, with a huge patio (and a turtle) in the back.
They have a daily menu including 1 salad, 1 main (4/5 different options out of which 2 were vegan), 1 soup, 1 dessert (wasn't vegan but you could change for another soup or salad which were vegan) and 1 juice, all for 450 pesos. You can also choose to have any starter or dish separately. They have a bakery at the front which has several vegan products too.
The food was really tasty. The best restaurant in our whole trip.

Good spot to eat - Edit
I was disappointed it was closed yesterday for a public holiday but got to try Madre Tierra today. With today's menu of the day deal, the salad and soup were vegan and 2 out of 4 of the mains were vegan. The dessert wasn't vegan so they gave me a piece of fruit instead. Juice included was fresh and very big! In fact the whole meal was big. Food was tasty, staff were friendly and spoke a fair bit of English. They have wifi available.

Popular bakery - Edit
In April-12 a lunch costed 60 pesos and included salad, soup, main dish (4 options) and postre. We didn't have it as it was not vegan and really expensive. We bought some multicerial bread. It was twice expensive than regular one in a supermarket, but we liked the taste and the quality.
