What a hidden gem! - Edit
Got invited to visit this absolutely amazing charity this week to learn how to ferment!! Not only do I now have a kitchen full of jars of goodies I made but some great new skills! Hints on how to chop, how to keep vitamin A in my veg and more!

Made In Hackney have created the ideal environment to learn new cookery skills whilst meeting people from my community I wouldn't normally socialise with.
Read moreI went to try their bread making class and found myself back two weeks later for a fascinating fermentation class! These classes are a must do for any foodie in London!
