Not vegetarian

The food and juices are ok (not amazing), but this place should not be listed as vegetarian because they serve meat (see photo)

Great Vegetarian Restaurant!

Walked in and given a friendly welcome! I'm glad to see the vegetarian lifestyle has been expanding in Mexico! We had a veggie burger and a pasta dish. The burger looked good, which is always a plus since we humans are very visual, had obviously fresh ingredients and tasted even better than I expected! Served with crispy fries that were well seasoned and not too oily, with just the right amount of salt. Nice! The pasta dish had perfectly cooked pasta, was full of flavor (it may have had ingredients out of their back garden, but i forgot to ask if it was home grown spices). The iced water served with the meal had a sprig of rosemary in it that added a nice flavor to it! This definitely felt like we were at a restaurant that cared about its customers! We'll be back for another visit before we leave the area.

Pros: Service was very friendly and efficient!, Restaurant was attractive, well maintained., Food was very good, flavored well, and came quick!

Tasty

I enjoyed the Indian curry with broccoli tofu and cauliflower and an almond milk base golden milk. The rosemary essences water was a nice touch.

Pros: Many vegan options , Fresh , Seasoned just right

Will become a regular

I read the mixed reviews on here and decided to check out the menu in person before eating there today. My coeliac friend and I had a great meal, the chocolate brownie being the highlight, and my chilaquiles with mole were incredible. They also sell a range of products and have vegan ice cream (a brand we knew from San Pancho) that is excellent too.

Be a good memory. Their instructions. Their example.

Machima is a good memory that I'll be refreshing as often as possible.

Everyone says great things and I wasn't impressed

I really had high hopes for this place. In fact, I have high hopes for every vegan restaurant that both opens and stays in business. But the dish I had here was just terrible... it was my first so perhaps bad luck? I've worked at a few vegan restaurants in my day though so I kinda know the industry and have high standards -- but nothing unreasonable. I just want it taste good, be simple enough to not cause me to explode in toilet, and fair priced. I thought this place was neither...
I had the portobello steak -- what the waitor recommended.
I'd give it to my dog, maybe?
The guacamole was excellent though, but I left feeling like I overpaid, wasn't satisfied, and wasn't satiated. I'd give it another chance because I'm a long-term supporter of veganism but I don't feel like I got anything I couldn't do myself, and it didn't taste good -- the only why I'd go out in the first place.
$12 for guac and a mushroom on top of a raw cauliflower, or whatever they use? Meh... that's 12X more than I should have.
Again,I like vegan -- I am one, but don't get the portobello burger.
Also,my friend got tacos but the portion size is super tiny.
I dunno... I'm a value guy.if it's not there, why come back? A recommendation is to focus on local Mexican dishes, and veganize them. Make bigger portion sizes, make them faster, and then... you have the right to keep your prices that high, otherwise I'll get a 10 peso taco down the street

Pros: Vegan options, Nice looking menus and great pictures , Beautiful space and place

Cons: Super expensive for a mediocre dish, It's gringoized-- not local Mexican , Portion size and wait time take forever

Wonderful servers, good food

Been coming here for breakfast and finally made it in for lunch. The servers are friendly and helpful. They make great suggestions for vegan options. The avocado toast is great. For lunch we had the portobello panini and the ‘best v-burger’. Panini was great! Served with roasted sweet potatoes. The burger was good and also served with roasted sweet potatoes. Dining is in a peaceful garden setting and it’s nice to see all the herbs growing. Overall, don’t miss this place.

Amazing slow food

I had the Yakimeshi bowl and the Sunshine Smoothie and a vegan chocolate cookie with a huge mug of coffee as dessert. The size of the bowl was fine and really palatable. Prices are okay for European conditions but expensive for Mexican conditions.

Pros: Calm place despite being at main road, Friendly staff, Slow food

Cons: Expensive

Modern & cozy. Good food. Pricy for Mexico

I’ve eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed it. Their food is made with quality ingredients thus is a little more pricy than some of the other vegan restaurants in around.
Their waffles are my favourite.

Pros: Quality ingredients , Friendly staff

Cons: Expensive

Delicious!

The food is great, eventhough the portions are small and a bit overpriced. They have a really nice patio with a little garden where they grow their own vegetables, free wifi and friendly staff.

Pros: Delicious food, Nice place, Free wifi

Cons: A bit overpriced, Small portions, Not fully vegan

A must in this beautiful little town!!

This place is wonderful, from the entrance to the back where you can see that they grow their own crops, the staff is beyond amazing, they're kind and very friendly! This is also an eco friendly place, and the food they make is made with lots of love! Its absolutely delicious! The kombucha they carry is also super good! I can go on and on about all the amzing things this place has to offer but lets leave it as a MUST if you visit this small town of Ajijic

Pros: Delicious variety of food , They’re ice cream is AWESOME
