Described as ancestral Mexican food, the food at Machete offers a different aspect of the Mexican kitchen than what most restaurants serve. Blue corn tortillas served in different styles such as machete (related to quesidillas), huaraches (tortillas with toppings), and itacates (stuffed corn flour pockets).
