Very warm and caring staff

The staff really listened to my wishes carefully. We had a nice chat while trying out various products. I left with a very relaxed mind, soft hands and the perfect shampoo bar. I love that they offer vegan products in bar form. If in plastic containers you can bring them back to the store when empty.

Pros: Less plastic, Catered for your needs

Cons: A bit expensive

Great place to buy cosmetics and other stuff

I believe many people already know lush however I want to highlight the excellent staff that they have in this particular store. They are very well informed in vegan products and they will give you a good advice no matter what you are looking for.

Pros: Great staff, Natural cosmetics, No animal testing

Cons: Limited vegan items
