I ordered a vegan focaccia for take away. You can choose your own add-ins such as salad, roasted vegetables, vegan pesto, etc. The focaccia was maybe a bit too oily but other than that very tasty and the pesto was delicious!

Simple and yum Super Vegan focaccia (go for the focaccia, not the bread. It is so good!). The waitress was lovely, the owner stressed 😅 cheap. The focaccia costa 5.50€ and, for this Region, Liguria, it’s a very reasonable price.

Vegan sandwich - Edit
This was the only vegan place I could find in Vernazza, so I was grateful for that 😅. There was one labeled vegan sandwich on the menu, and I also got a lemonade which was super refreshing. The sandwich came out with a slice of cheese, and I wasn’t too confident it was vegan, so I just took it off (it wasn’t listed on the ingredients on the menu, so I think they just added it). Sandwich was fine otherwise. Nothing special but grateful for the option.

There were not many vegan options around in April. The pesto at Lunch Box is not vegan, so the options here were focaccia or salad. I had the salad made to order. It was fresh and okay, though nothing special either. The waiter was reallly nice in trying to accomodate me.

This is an understated restaurant but the food was awesome. They have a couple of listed vegan options on the menu and quite a number of vegetarian options. All of the focaccia sandwiches were great. The “Super Vegan” focaccia sandwich had an olive tapenade that was fabulous. The vegetarian bruschettas (one with tomato and mozzarella, other with sun-dried tomato and parmesan) were some of the best we have had in Italy. The pesto here was vegan and amazing too. (I’ve run out of superlatives.)

My boyfriend got the vegetarian pesto lasagne and he found it not so tasty, the pesto way too satly! And the waiter was not friendly, he spilled a drink over us and didn't seem very sorry. It was a big portion though. There were no vegan dinner options that day.

Read moreFoccachia waren sehr gut, mein Mann hätte sich noch eine bestellt wenn er nicht satt gewesen wäre! Und es lassen sich beliebige vegane Füllungen zusammenstellen, also muss man zu zweit etc nicht das gleiche nehmen wie es häufig so ist! Gleiches gilt für die Sandwiches.😄Würde es gehen würde ich noch 0,5 oder 1 Punkt mehr geben.

After a hike in the heat and humidity we wanted something cold and healthy. This place has juice and smoothies. The smoothie is one fruit of your choice, soy milk, ice, and agave, it was really good and refreshing.

Went here for lunch after our hike ending in Vernazza. It has one labeled vegan sandwich, but they also have the option to create your own sandwich or salad. So this way you can actually order a lot more vegan options even! I had focaccia with olive paste, grilled eggplant and bell pepper, walnuts & olives. It was great and filling! Also their juices (also create your own option) & coffee were great!

Wow, I recommend to take the vegan focaccia for when you go hiking that way you have less problems in the other villages.

The Super Vegan Sandwich is incredible. We ordered it all 3 of the days we were in Vernazza. Their juices and ginsing coffee are great as well. They do not have many vegan options, but what they have is delightful.

Super cute lunch shop with clearly labeled vegan dishes. You can also make your own and staff is very knowledgeable about what is vegan. I built my own focaccia and juice and both were delicious!
