So many vegan options! - Edit
Multiple kinds of vegan fish, burger, chilli, even vegan halloumi, and the curry sauce was vegan too. I got the crumbed fish and chips and curry sauce and was too hungry to take a photo but I definitely recommend this place!

Delicious Vish! - Edit
I had the banana blossom vish and chips , pretty affordable for a big portion (I had a small portion of chips but that was more than plenty for me ). The texture of the banana blossom was a bit like chicken but got the fishy flavour from the added lemon. Big portion , and looks like the real deal fish! They have plenty of extra vegan sides so will check those out too !

Cons: Side of sweet potato fries is quite small

Vish n chips - Edit
I ordered Vish n chips. The Vish was deep fried banana blossom. It was very filling and really tasty. It's a popular place so expect to queue but they are efficient so you won't wait too long. Once you have ordered you have to wait a bit longer for the vegan option compared to the non vegan options. But it's worth the wait.

Great vegan fish & chips, a variety of vegan options - Edit
We ordered a medium chips, battered tofu sausage, battered "halloumi" and a pea fritter to share. The chips were nice and the battered items were greasy but in a good way - like usual fish and chips style. My favourite was the battered tofu sausage, the vegan halloumi was good (think like takeaway fried cheese type of vibes, kinda like cheddar). Wanted mushy peas but they were in the seperate non-vegan stall a bit down the market, so went with a pea fritter (wouldn't recommend, the peas were not the best I've had).
Read moreWouldn't bother sitting in their seating area, but would recommend walking further out of the market so you're not surrounded by people & pigeons!
Great lunch food if you want that greasy chip shop feel, but veganised. The chips weren't greasy though, and were nice and fluffy inside!
Pros: Variety of options, Cheap , Vegan junky food
Cons: No mushy peas, unless visiting a separate stall, Limited seating, Noisy area

“Vish” & chips - Edit
Many food stalls with great vegan options on Norwich market, this veganised traditional dish is one of them. They also have tofu sausages, vegan halloumi and burgers, all battered and breaded fishless fingers too. Super tasty!

Beware - 2 different stalls - Edit
We visited on a Sunday, since it's listed on here as being open on Sundays, but discovered that they have two different stalls, one that is vegan friendly and one that cooks everything in beef dripping, and unfortunately only the non-veggie one is open Sundays so we had to go elsewhere. The other stall may be good but we only know this one isn't, and they have different opening hours.

The best chips in Norwich - Edit
They have a wide range of vegan options, I believe some of their vegan options are provided by Tofurei but I may be wrong. The chips are the best in Norwich and all the vegan options are incredible
