I ordered Cauliflower "nachos" which was just deep fried cauliflower w jalapeños n I'm pretty sure had cheese, no chips, beans, or anything. The Brussels Sprouts which I ordered without cheese where crazy salty. Not a very clean feeling meal.

Legit Vegan Mexican - Edit
A gf and I had an event in Pomona and the food options there were questionable so we decided to pre-eat. I did a search and found Luchador and I’m looking forward to going back.

We started with appetizers of cauliflower nachos and brussel sprouts. Both were delicious the nachos were beer battered cauliflower and crispy perfection with a creama sauce and pico on top. The roasted brussel sprouts were the perfect level
Of charred. They were served with creama and spicy salsa. Next came the tacos, we ordered the avocado and Picadillo the favorite was the avo it was beer batter fried with lettuce and pico salsa.
The staff was helpful and friendly, food was delicious and I loved the location.
