The worst Thai food I’ve ever tasted. They don’t season the food. Lacks flavor - Edit
Food is rather bland. That was the consensus amongst the group that I came with. I love Thai food but hate this place

Racial issue - Edit
I’m disturbed by the experience I had with this restaurant with employee Nok and the owner Pipya. I went inside to order and twice I was asked in the middle of ordering to hold or sit down when a white customer came in. The first time I waited for her to sit the guest that came in after me because they were dining in. However the second time (all in the middle of my order), I refused to sit down when asked after another customer came in because she had my credit card in her hand but haven’t swiped it. She wanted to get the woman order behind me because how dare she wait for the customer in front of her to finish. It clearly made her upset that I wouldn’t sit down and let her take the order and bring my card to me when she finished. I did not feel good being treated like that and did not sit well with me. I regret not leaving at that moment. The final blow was the quality of the food. It was not edible at all! Overly spicy when no spice was ordered and bad shrimp in the soup. When this issue was brought up with the owner, he was very defensive. He told me that it’s no way that any of his staff (never asked me a name) was prejudice and is color blind. He then proceeded to tell me that this is an American ideal that’s in my head and I am the one who is prejudice. I’ve never experienced service or management like this. This establishment has a major issue and I felt the need to share it with other customers.

I'm sorry that you had this experience. Even if it was in your head as they say it is not good customer service to say that to a customer. Very foul.

Good food, but - Edit
I love the red curry it’s the best I’ve had in Atlanta. The but is because the service is terrible and the food in not consistent. Sometimes they give a large portion with lot of vegetables and sometimes there’s only cabbage and sauce. I have been to all three locations and have had similar experiences at all three locations. They are friendlier and have better service at the Peachtree Corners location.

Excellent curry - Edit
One of the best Panang Curries I've had in ATL. Lots of vegetarian choices clearly marked on the menu. A bit pricey, but worth it. Lunch is a better deal. This is our go-to spot for visiting relatives and no one has been disappointed.

Good choice! - Edit
Solid meal. Nothing crazy to brag about, and ambience/attendance was pretty down. However service was quick, there were many vege/vegan options, and the value/taste is good! Try it!

A Must for Thai! - Edit
This is great Thai. The flavor bursts out of the food. I loved the coconut soup and veggie sampler. The staff are friendly and understand what "vegan" means. It might be a little outside of The perimeter but it's worth the drive!

Best Thai food ever - Edit
I love L'Thai. There are two locations, and both are very helpful when ordering. The Lawrenceville Hwy location is a little less fancy, but the food is just as good. I love the green curry with tofu. They confirmed with me that it is dairy-free. They will also accommodate any allergies and vary the spice level to one's taste. I've recently moved out of Atlanta, and I miss this place the most. I encourage you to try it.

Great Food - Edit
Had a fabulous meal here. Unlike the 1st reviewer the dish was plentiful with many fresh veggies and a thick coconut sauce. Best Thai food I have had.

Disappointed - Edit
I visited this restaurant with my mom, and both of us are vegan. We were looking forward to having a whole vegetarian section to choose from, but when we asked our server if any of the veg dishes contained oyster and/or fish sauce (just to be safe), she said most of them do. (Which obviously makes them not even vegetarian, much less vegan.)
Read moreI ordered the Pa-Nang Pak, since it was pretty much the only dish the server could confirm did not contain animal products. We ordered the dish to share, given the fact that pretty much any Asian restaurant's dishes are large enough to share. What we received was laughably small, especially given the price of 10.95. We had to ask for some tofu to go with it, and we were brought a tiny dish of about 6 small tofu cubes. The dish tasted very good, but I was still wary about whether it was truly vegan.
I contacted the restaurant over a week ago via e-mail to inquire about which dishes are truly vegan-friendly, and I have yet to receive a response. I would rather spend my money at a total vegetarian restaurant so I know what I'm getting. Also, the booth seats are very uncomfortable. The only positives would be the atmosphere and the wine selection.
Pros: Atmosphere, Wine Selection
Cons: Doubtful veg dishes are truly vegetarian, Very Small Serving Size, Very Uncomfortable Booth Seats
