Veg-friendly Vietnamese! - Edit
The vegan menu is the best I’ve seen for a Vietnamese restaurant in the metro Atlanta area! They have a fully vegetarian section of the menu, with all dishes being vegan except for the egg noodles and the banh mi (which can be made vegan if asked with mayo). Some of the servers don’t speak great english, but are knowledgeable about vegan/vegetarian dishes (due to the vast Vietnamese Buddhist population). I have tried most of their veg dishes, and most are a 10/10! I love the vegan bun bo hue, a meatless take on vietnamese spicy beef noodle soup. it’s super flavorful and Ive never seen a restaurant sell a vegan version of the dish. The vegan banh mi is also great! They use oyster mushrooms and imitation vietnamese ham.
