Great Asian food - Edit
A fully vegan Asian cuisine. Even the wife who doesn't enjoy this type of food thoroughly enjoyed it, the food tasted fantastic and was great priced!

Huge selection - Edit
This place is a short walk from the main centre. More of a cafe style/takeaway than a restaurant. Huge selection. The food came quickly and was lovely. I do feel like it slightly lacked herbs/ spices for flavour. Well priced for Reykjavik.

Fresh, delicious and all vegan - Edit
It took me a long time to decide what to order here as the menu was extensive and everything sounded great! So we had to visit twice :)
Read moreFirst time I ordered the summer rolls and crispy tofu. Summer rolls were really fresh, lovely flavours, came with a teriyaki dipping sauce. And the crispy tofu was the crispiest tofu I’ve ever had!
Second trip was the summer kebab - vegetables with chicken style protein - and crispy wonton. They also had a wide selection of drinks and one page on the menu with burgers and other more western options. I couldn’t fault this meal, the staff were lovely, prices seem fair by Reykjavik standards. It was busy with quite a few people coming and going for a restaurant slightly away from downtown, including whole families which was lovely to see. I highly recommend Loving Hut.

Delicious - Edit
Decided to give this place a try and was definitely not disappointed! Lots of options, delicious food, very affordable. The mozzarella dippers were incredible! Possibly the nicest I've ever tried. It is very casual (could be a pro or con depending on your preference), no table service, a few booths inside however mainly seemed to be takeaways. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

Loving Hut strikes gold once again - Edit
I love visiting Loving Hut across the world. This location, like the others, including the other one in Reykjavik, is simply fantastic. This one feels more casual, and has endless options, as usual. The food is delicious. The staff was friendly even if there was a bit of a language barrier when communicating when speaking English.
Read morePeople seem to be confusing the two Loving Huts in Reykjavik with one another. This one is a bit of a distance away from the city centre, about a 25-30 minute walk away from the centre.
Pros: Friendly Staff, Endless Options

My favorite meal in 2022! - Edit
I absolutely loved this place!! The food was just amazing!! It’s a Vietnamese vegan restaurant with a lot of options, many mock meat and seafood choices. All of their meals are traditional Vietnamese food made vegan.
Read moreAfter being in Vietnam and trying the food there before going vegan, the experience on this restaurant was amazing!! The flavors are just like the “original” Vietnamese traditional food. 100% recommended!! 💚👏🏻

Fantastic - Edit
Phenomenal food. We did takeaway with the spring rolls, canton meal, and spicy soup. Spring rolls were crunchy and nice. Soup was deeply flavorful (a little greasy but we liked that). The canton chicken was beautifully breaded and sliced and came with a rich onion jus (think French dip chicken cutlet). Smelled some fried rice going by and want to try that next!
