Nice spot, great waffle - Edit
Nicely located cafe with a couple of decent vegan options. We had the hummus and avocado bagel, and the avo, sun-dried tomato and spinach on toast. They were fine, but what really shined was the famous bubble waffle. They had one vegan option - biscoff and banana, but it was very well done. Not overly sweet, just the perfect size and amount of sugar.

After trying a few other restaurants in Bury St Edmonds and being disappointed, we stumbled across Lotties. Whilst it is not an entirely vegan eatery, there was a very good range of vegan options.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, PLEASE TAKE NOTE!! - Edit
Please please no one have a baby shower here! i am having my first baby and it was my first lot of celebrations with friends & family and it was truly ruined, the Owner was rude to every last guest, rolling her eyes, huffing & puffing, left without saying goodbye, never even said hello for that matter or congratulations, never once offered anyone a drink, so much so one guest 20 minutes in had to pay for a bottle, another guest even asked for extra hot water (which is free!!) And she couldnt even top up one teapot! She admitted she doesnt know what Prosecco is and served us Moscato so I'm waiting for an agreed refund on the missold "Prosecco Package". To top this off I'm 38 weeks pregnant and she aggressively got in my face yesterday afternoon in town and personally attacked me as she couldnt take my comments and constructive criticism on board, absolutely disgusting behaviour, my friend and I was horrified!!

Had the vegan biscoff waffle with caramel ice cream and it was AMAZING!!!! Only downside was it was served in a cone so it was a bit tricky to eat, will ask for a plate next time. Can’t wait to go back 😋

Visited Lotties as I was out with my daughter and we fancied a sweet treat. We had a vegan bubble waffle with vegan ice cream, maple syrup, biscoff spread and crumbled biscoff. It took a little longer to prepare as they had to make the vegan mixture but it was well worth the wait! Friendly service and delicious waffles, will certainly be back.

My absolute favorite place to go! There are multiple different vegan options including waffles, acai bowls , ice-cream, cakes and a range of hot and cold drinks. Personally I always end up going to get the biscoff bubble waffle because its just so so good!

Yummy vegan waffles and milkshakes - Edit
Their vegan options weren’t advertised on their menu when we visited recently so we were very happy to find they had vegan waffles with ice cream and milkshakes! It was all really yummy and we will definitely be going back.
