Only one but extraordinary vegan sandwich - Edit
Be aware that this place is a bit hidden inside Los Patios residential area, and they don't have sitting area, but you can go to the big green park nearby.

Nothing on the menu except a sign to ask for vegan options. We got a lovely jackfruit and potato baguette. It was cheap and well located beside the beach
