Nice Bagels, good vegan options - Edit
Pretty simple place. Choose a bagel, then choose toppings. They have hummus and a tofu cream cheese, plus capers, cucumbers, and a few other veggies. There is not a lot to choose from here, but the food is good. Toppings other than onions are $1 each, which seems high but not crazy

Cons: Not 100% vegan, Not a lot to choose from, Toppings are expensive

Das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, aber nur zu zweit ein bisschen im Stress. Trotzdem empfehlenswert!

Vegan Caper - Delish - Edit
Super chill environment. I went to the register and said, “hi, I’ve never been here and I’m vegan. What would you recommend?” The guy gave me a sample of the Larrupin which was SO yummy.

Okay for a quick bite. - Edit
They are a couple of vegan options. Some vegetarian options can be veganized. You can also customize your own bagel. It's nothing special though. They staff looked like it would rather be anywhere else than there. (They were friendly though). Clean tables. Nice atmosphere.

Delicious bagels, uneducated Staff - Edit
All the stores bagels except for the parmesan bagel are vegan, which is what a previous staff member had told me. The other day, I went in to pick up a dozen bagels and told the woman behind the counter I wanted a dozen vegan bagels, their choice of which ones. When I got home, there was a parmesan bagel right on top of the bag. They did make it right and gave me a fresh dozen when I brought back the originals, but I think their education from one employee to another could be better. All three employees I saw the day I went in looked miserable, too. Might need a bit of cheering up, as with bagels that delicious they should be happy!

Vegan Caper - Edit
I actually usually go to the HSU location, but I get the vegan caper with light larrupin, light onion, normal vegan cream cheese, and extra capers on the multi-cultural bagel. We also get their bagels in the HSU cafeteria and bottles of larrupin in the schools market place. I'm a fan of Los Bagels but they're pretty pricey. They make their own hummus too.

Vegan caper - Edit
Vegan caper or potato kanish warmed up. Do NOT add guac to anything, they charge nearly $5!

Must stop - Edit
There is nothing I miss more since being diagnosed with celiac than Los Bagels. All of the bagels are vegan. Several vegan options or build your own bagel. Locally made tofu spread is oh so good. Now if they'd just start making a gluten-free bagel my life would be complete again.
