Frozen & microwaved

I know this is in a rural part of CT, which is in a state already lacking in vegan options. But my god. The pizza was frozen daiya pizza, microwaved and served right on the cardboard it comes in. It was rough.

A sports bar with vegan options!

We go here often. It's great to see a place with several vegan options. I love the BBQ panini, and I appreciate that they offer more than just a plain burger. I wish the fried pickles and other breaded items would be made vegan and it would be cool if they explored other creative dishes and finger foods!! Still very happy to find a place with options and they seem to be one of the last places in the area with a vegan pizza (though it only comes in small). It would also be nice if they could expand their gluten free options. Would definitely recommend! Everything is good here and the staff is incredible!

Pros: A lot of vegan options for a sports bar, Vegan bbq panini and vegan pizza are great, Staff is amazing

Cons: A bit pricey for an impossible burger, Would love to see some vegan apps get added, Most vegan options are the impossible patty

Vegan Options in Uncasville

I've been to Longshots Sports Cafe a couple times since moving to the area and the food and service is pretty good. Impossible burger is their big vegan item but they offer it a few different ways such as in a BBQ panini, a wrap with veggies and vegan cheese and a regular burger. Plenty of sides and apps to order too. A good place to go with omnis and to watch sports.

Pros: Good Food

Cons: Limited Options

Vegan pizza and sandwiches

There are about 1/2 dozen menu items clearly labeled VEGAN which makes it easy to order, all with some variation of vegan cheese (daiya I think but not sure) and impossible burger. Pizza, panini, regular burger, and patty melt. Salads too that can be veganized. The vegan food isn’t super creative but it’s in line with the other (non-Vegan) menu items, comparable to typical sports bar fare. Friendly service, clean. My college age daughter loved it because she’s vegan but doesn’t like a lot of vegetables, said she’ll definitely go back. The pizza was good. (Onion, pepper, mushroom, cheese)

Pros: Menu clearly lists vegan items, Friendly service, Hearty and tasty

Cons: Mainly just imp burger & Vegan cheese

Vegan Dream wrap

This was a great vegan option... it’s nice to have a local bar with food both me and my husband (non-vegan) can enjoy!
