Lola offers some nice vegan cupcakes such as red velvet, raspberry, biscoff and more 😋 I like their cupcakes, my favourite is the red velvet one 🙂

I really want to give Lola’s 4* but I think they fall slightly short for the price. They had a range of 6 vegan cupcakes available in two sizes (classic or mini) and they also had a vegan brownie. The classic cupcakes are around £4 which is about twice the price of the mini cupcakes but I would say they look around four times the size, so they seem like much better value.

Both cupcakes were tasty – they had a nice moist texture and I really enjoyed them, but £4 is a lot for a cupcake and I just feel like there are other options such as Doughnut Time which give me more satisfaction for the same price. I also thought the brownie was very good – it had a nice rich flavour and dense texture. I shared it with my wife but was left feeling like I wished I'd had a whole one!

Their vegan cakes are delicious and they’ve started expanding the range on offer which is great. They’ve gotten more expensive though and started charging for collection from the lockers too. Boo. £25 for 5 inch cake that serves 8.

You need to try out their cupcakes!! They have quite a big range of vegan options in two sizes but they're sold out quick! We've been to another place the day before and couldn't get any vegan ones anymore, but today we've been lucky! We had the vegan red velvet cupcake and will definitely come back for more! 😋😋

At Lola’s it really depends - sometimes you’ll get a banging fresh cupcake but other times it feels like it’s been sitting there for a few days. Hit and miss!

A few good vegan options - Edit
This is a little cupcake stall situated inside Victoria Station. There are 4 vegan cupcake options (passion fruit and coconut is the only one I remember off the top of my head) and a vegan brownie. However, they sell out fast.

Situated on the first floor (up the escalator to the right of the main information board), this cupcake stall has a number of different vegan cupcake options. Normal and mini sizes, individual or in boxes of six or twelve. The cupcake I tried had plenty of icing but it was not so sweet to make it impossible to eat. The cupcake though was moist and tasty. Cupcakes are just over £3, but good to know these special treats are available.
