One vegan option - Edit
Serves only one vegan soup per day for around 4€. I wasn't able to find any other vegan options.

Inexpensive and tasty soups in town - Edit
Like its rightfully mentioned, this place is vegetarian and vegan friendly. They daily offer fresh soups with various variety for resonable price. A refill of soup bowl will cost you about 50% of actual price. I have tried lentilsoup and carrot with potato soup and both the times I was satisfied. They also offer bread slices along with dish though I think that they could be bit more generous with fresh herbs on soup.
