Great nachos 👍🏼 - Edit
Get the nachos and add soy chorizo! It’s basically a meal for 2 ppl in itself. The seitan adobo is really good and although I would t say the food here is anything special, it’s always consistent and tastes good. Also their chips are delicious. The margaritas are hit or miss.

Menu is easily modified, most vegetarians can be made vegan. Great vegan burrito! They make the vegan cheese in house (I think they make the sour cream too but am not sure). Really affordable and great service.

Vegetarian options are clearly labeled but you have to ask to veganize them, if that's your thing. I frequently get the soy chorizo burrito (vegan) and my partner gets the mushroom burrito (vegan). When dining in, we frequently get the off-menu Nachos de Veg prepared vegan. It's a giant plate of nachos topped with all of their offerings: mushrooms, guacamole, refried beans, soy chorizo, seitan, pickled jalapenos, vegan cheese, vegan creme, etc. Their cocktails are also phenomenal. (We are big fans of the Coupe de Ville: tequila, blood orange puree, and lime juice with a spicy cinnamon rim.)

went there for a late night bite and some drinks on a monday. waitress was friendly, and the menu was veg friendly. i got the soy chorizo enchiladas, they were very yummy. they also offer a seitan option as well as roasted mushrooms. my non-veg husband got the same thing as me and really enjoyed it. definitely felt some heartburn after two tequila mixed drinks though lol i’ll definitely go again.
