My favorite vegan cafe! - Edit
LN Fortunate is one of my favorite vegan chain cafe! So far I haven’t been disappointed by any branch yet! The food, the people, the atmosphere are just loving there! Best to chill here with friends while enjoying the great food! I must admit that I love the dessert made by LN Fortunate! Every outlet has its own specialty, just ask for it! :)

Best vegan burger in town - Edit
The beef and mushroom burger was the best burger I've tried in Hong Kong (and I've tried a few!). Beautiful chargrilled taste, almost "meaty", not mushy, perfect.

Although the lunch menu at first did not look very exciting the food we chose was very nice and tasty. Friendly staff, good and prompt service. If you’re in the area worth a try.

Tasty food, friendly staff - Edit
I can here twice in a week long stay in HK. I enjoyed the breakfast but thought that the lunch/dinner options sounded more interesting. Definitely come here for the vegan bubble waffle (the only vegan option I came across in the city) and ice matcha tea!

Average but nice - Edit
Went with my partner. Everything was fine, nothing was bad, but nothing stood out. They offer semi-service and are friendly. Tried the vegan black pepper slice bread combo in a seeded ciabatta roll, which was nice. Got wedges on the side and a green salad. Ordered pan-fried dumplings for a starter. Wouldn't hurry back with limited time, but might pop in on occasion if I lived locally.

Nice food - Edit
The cafe has a very cozy vibe and the fact that it's vegan adds a lot of points to it. The second time I visited I had the miso udon, pasta with vegan meat balls, and waffles with ice cream and fruits. It was very delicious, and the staff was friendly.

I will miss this place for sure - Edit
My favorite place in Hong Kong if it comes to dine out.
Read moreLN Fortunate Coffee doesn't look like an all-vegan place, if there is something like a typically vegan appearance. I probably wouldn't have found it by accident. Thanks to HappyCow though I had many great meals there.
First of all, there are many diffenent menues depending on the time of day. There is the coffee/drinks menu, a lunch menu, a snacks menu, a tea menu, a sandwiches menu, a burger menu, a dinner menu and for all I know also a breakfast menu. This list is not intended to be exhaustive. Apart from that there they sell soy milk, crisps and they have a small corner displaying watches (of all things).
Not everything on that menues is great to be honest, but most of it is. In particular I enjoyed the (udon) soups and the sandwiches the most. The black pepper steaks and slices are by far the best vegan ones I have ever eaten. Really well done! The vegan meat balls are exceptional as well. Everything is freshly made.
You order and pay right away at the counter. That is a bit annoying, especially if you want to order something else later and therefore have to order and pay again, but on the other hand the there is no common 10% service charge added to your bill.
Great staff by the way, that speak good English. The WiFi connection is good. You get as much free water as you want.
LN Fortunate Coffee is a bit on the expensive side, that's true, but the service is great, the food awesome and the atmosphere comfy. However, the cupcakes weren't that good. The pudding-like dessert is much better. The thing that annoyed the most though was the music. The same dull music repeating over and over again. Some of it appeared to be a variation of the Goldrush theme of Chaplins shoe eating scene. It was interesting to hear it once, but after ten times and more - well you can imagine it.
Pros: nice vibe, amazing opening times, tasty food
Cons: very annoying music (after a while), a bit expensive

Lovely - Edit
The cafe is a nice and cozy one. Would have preferred if the music was better though.. say more westernized lounge music? The staff were excellent! so friendly and caring and nice.

LN Fortunate - Edit
Lovely spacious restaurant with friendly, helpful staff.
Read moreSome good dishes on the menu - love the truffle pasta and the vegan chicken satay skewers are a must try. The mushroom burger on the other hand is a major let down. Cold dry bun with iceberg lettuce and bland mayo and the mushroom patty was only half the size of the bun - very underwhelming, although the corn side salad that comes with it is nice.
We also tried panfried vegetable dumplings, lovely shiitake filled dumplings.
A nice place to relax for Sunday lunch.
Pros: nice staff and comfortable spacious place
Cons: hit and miss on some of the dishes.

Lovely new vegan cafe/restaurant - Edit
At last somewhere that does good, hearty, vegan food! The service was excellent, and ambience very pleasant. I had the veggie sandwich which was lovely, though I was slightly disappointed that it was served on supermarket sliced brown bread. Perhaps in time they will source a better product, but this is Hong Kong! I will be a new regular there and recommend it to all my friends.
