Christmas Dinner Special - Edit
Amazingggg dinner. We stumbled across their Christmas 5 course menu over the weekend.
Read moreI got the oyster mushroom soup, kale Caesar salad, the steak tacos, butternut squash queso and chips and the turtle cake. My partner got the chili, taco salad, sweet potato roll, black bean bowl and the pumpkin cheesecake.
Everything was phenomenal! Here’s my two cents on the dishes;
The soup was absolutely Devine. I’m still dreaming about it. Highly recommend if this is ever on the menu.
The kale salad had great flavor, I do wish it was massaged a little more.
The queso was delicious, although way too spicy for me. I got guac instead and that was yummy!
The steak tacos were made with mushrooms and also good but too spicy for me too.
My partner loved their food and said each dish was delicious. He is a spice guy and said the chili and the salsa on the salad both had a punch to them spice wise.
The deserts, both were fantastic!
The vibe, the waitstaff and the music were perfect and I just highly recommend

Excellent and Healthy Vegan Food - Edit
The restaurant is in a really nice space with plenty of parking.
Read moreOur waiter was great and most of the food was a hit.
I loved the Cesar salad the best I have had in a long time.
The waffle was cooked excellent with a lot of yummy toppings, but not too much. I did not love the flour they used, but still enjoyed it.
The Fire and Brimstone burger was amazing.
The BBQ mushroom was the only miss.
I am not sure what the dessert we had was, but I enjoyed it for a raw dessert.
I wish it was closer to home as it would be a regular stop for sure

Excellent! - Edit
Came here for lunch while on a road trip and was not disappointed.
Read moreGreat atmosphere (music a bit loud) and nice and clean. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.
Had the waffles to start because why not? VGF waffles are hard to come by. I really enjoyed them and liked the cashew cream a lot.
The fire and brimstone burger on gf bread was delicious, very very good.
The BBQ sandwich on gf bread wasn't very good imo. I really didn't like the texture of the seasonings. I did like that it wasn't greasey though.
The side Caesar salad was superb. Probably the best Caesar I've had in a while.
The ducle de amor was good. I loved the fresh strawberries on top and the cake layers were very smooth and delicious. It was a good raw crust but I didn't really like the crust (I've never found a raw crust I've liked though) but it was one of the better raw crusts.
If I'm ever this way again I'll for sure stop by. Wish we had one back home.

Luna’s Living Kitchen has a great vibe, but the food doesn't live up to it. The menu's vast, but it feels like they haven't nailed down the flavors. Their Sweet Potato Sushi Rolls missed the mark without wasabi or ginger. We tried the sushi rolls, eggplant BLT, crab cake Caesar salad, and nachos. Sadly, most dishes were bland. The nachos stood out, though. Overall, I'd give it a 4/10. They could do better.

Horrible! - Edit
Excited to eat here at my birthday so we ordered but entrees arrived first then a few minutes appetizers came. We wanted to keep eating entrees because of warm food. Let’s appetizers put in the box. We didn’t impressed with entrees, most greens than food. (Cava or Mezeh is making it better.) We waited for our desserts but waiter gave us the bill. So waiter apologized us to don’t get desserts first, also we didn’t get water. Waiter gave us discount for next visit, hell no. I asked to discount this time because it isn’t worthy to visit again.

This is a favorite spot of mine. After a couple of years I returned to find an entirely new menu and the same exceptional service. Charlotte doesn’t have a lot all vegan places but this one is a gem.

We had take out from here and can't recommend enough. The quesadilla was flavorful, good size. The pear flat bread was on point. Grilled cheese was approved by wife. And the lemon cheesecake was good. Next time we will def eat at the restaurant. Vibe seemed great.

Not worth the price - Edit
I had a gift card and after the reviews I was a little skeptical. Being that I love Brussel sprouts. I order the tacos the shells are to soft for my liking. You only get 2 and they are the small street taco style with a side salad. The price was $16 and it was not worth that amount. I also got a cheesecake and that was a mini slice for $9.50.

Visiting Charlotte and found the living kitchen. It was a wonderful experience. We got the EPIC GRILLED CHEESE and BROCCOLI MUSHROOM FLATBREAD. Both were amazing! So many options to chose from. We sat at the bar and enjoyed watching the barista make drinks. Will definitely be back! #Veganuary

Not for me - Edit
I tried this as my first raw vegan restaurant exposure and the sweet potato sushi was visually pretty but hard for me to get through. I really didn't like the flavor of it being raw. The juice on the other hand was superb.

Pricey - Edit
I really wanted to love this place. It's expensive, and the meals are hit or miss. The biscuits and gravy are bland, but the epic grilled cheese was very tasty. I didn't like it much on my first visit (brunch), but it was a bit better the second time I went (lunch). It's worth a visit, but it's not one of my favorite vegan spots in Charlotte.

Epic Indeed! - Edit
We had a bit of a long wait, I think our waitress was having a long night, but she was super sweet and brought us some loaded fries on the house. I loved the Caramelized Onion & Pear Flatbread, the Epic Grilled Cheese was indeed EPIC (and that is an understatement), the Broccoli Waldorf was also scrumptious, and my friends are still raving about those nachos. Also got the carrot cake to go.) Eating here somehow felt both indulgent and healthy. Everything on the menu looks delicious, is reasonably priced, and plated beautifully. Between this place and Plant, I think I need to move to NC...

Semi-upscale Vegan Option - Edit
1st time here. Located in a shopping center surrounded by upscale shopping opportunities. Challenging to find parking in lot but it is available. Inviting space. Bar area and indoor seating. Friendly staff. I started with their sweet potato roll. A little on the more expensive side considering the portion size. It did have good flavor and the house made Thai chili sauce was flavorful. Moved onto their Yellow Curry bowl. Big win with flavor and portion size. I would definitely get this again. Server recommended the cauliflower masala. I will try that next time. I finished with their turtle cake. I expensive considering the tiny portion size but I would consider getting it again because of the flavor. Overall, enjoyed my experience and would love a chance to come back. A little more expensive when you look at portion sizes but quality was good.

Stunning atmosphere and super friendly staff!!! - Edit
Really enjoyed the experience!
Read moreDidn’t really enjoy the texture dynamic.
Few recommendations:
Brussel sprout Tacos - could have used tortilla strips or something to balance out the mushiness of the sweet potato.
Mushroom chowder soup - a little thin, maybe add bread.
Grilled cheese - bread was delicious! Could have used more cheese, and the fig spread overpowered the dish.
Chipotle quesadillas- Chipotle sauce was PERFECT! 👌🏾 The tortillas could have been cooked a little more.
Cole slaw - needed black pepper and perhaps purple cabbage.
All of the dishes were sweet as well, which kinda threw off the taste.
